Nobody ever answers the service line, had to call sales and ask them to find someone to answer, my service agent not good in communicating, sent a message last Friday and today 5-13-25 and still waiting for him to call me or to answer my text.
Nita was a godsend during purchasing. We were there just about the entire day due to financing confusion, but she made sure to continue checking up on us throughout the experience. She even stayed late to ensure everything finished as necessary. Loved interacting with her.
The glorified parts changers have no idea what they are doing. They told me that my alternator had failed, that other things had failed and was going cost me about $8,000.00 to repair. All it needed was the battery to be registered. These guys have zero idea what they are doing. After diagnosing my mini and holding on to it for 3 weeks, they charged me $510.00 for a service I didn’t even need. Worst service I’ve ever had.

When we were in there originally nine days ago to repair and replace front brake sensors and front brakes. During inspection a few other things were found, but the rear brake sensors and rear brakes were not on the list. They said they were fine. . After leaving the rear brake sensors go off and brought it back to the shop. Was told rear brake sensor to be replaced and brakes. My wife took her car in to get it diagnosed for some error messages on the dash. One week later we were told we needed to replace a certain module and that's why the lights would flicker. The module was replaced ($1200) and then were were told it was a different module and to do that one it would be an additional $1300. The service is great! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed throughout your service. David is fantastic! I’ve been servicing my vehicle here for over 5 years.
They did not fix the car. Took in for starting issues. They changed out the battery in the key fob. And said that was it. No! We took it to another auto repair shop that day and it needed a new battery. There were 3 bad cells. So they never checked it. . Recommended unnecessary brake repairs. $950. Also confirmed by the other auto repair shot that the brakes were not even 50% worn. Not happy.
