Lukas did a super excellent job as my service advisor. And my Mini roadster came back both fixed and super clean.

I am providing this as a factual account of what happened and is not meant to immune any of the staff at Mini of Clear Lake. You requested that I comment so here is my breakdown of the work performed on my car. I had my Mini Countryman towed because the alternator failed. It took them two days to troubleshoot and find that the alternator had stopped working. Then it took a week to get a replacement alternator. Then they found an oil leak however they repaired that since it was still under warranty from the $5000 oil leak repair done ...

I have been a customer at Clear Lake Mini for 11 years. I have received consistently professional service - and genuine customer care.

Very polite and timely. Good work. I have just one little problem who ever washed car put stuff I had in back areas on back seats, groceries. Are very hard to get out. Wish just left alone. All else great

Upon my arrival, I was met by a familiar face (David), how was very helpful. He always provides us with great service.

When we were in there originally nine days ago to repair and replace front brake sensors and front brakes. During inspection a few other things were found, but the rear brake sensors and rear brakes were not on the list. They said they were fine. . After leaving the rear brake sensors go off and brought it back to the shop. Was told rear brake sensor to be replaced and brakes. When my wife left, we looked at the invoice and they only replace the sensors. Apparently it says the sensors were damaged by a rock. I’m not sure when ...

The service advisors are Very friendly and helpful. I like the video updates regarding my car. The mechanic is thorough and explains well. I also like the convenience of ride share. And, my car was clean when I got it back!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! My wife took her car in to get it diagnosed for some error messages on the dash. One week later we were told we needed to replace a certain module and that's why the lights would flicker. The module was replaced ($1200) and then were were told it was a different module and to do that one it would be an additional $1300. So after paying that and waiting another week to get the car back we went to pick it up. When we went the light was still flickering and the technician said it needed new brake light ...

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The facilities was very clean, and presentable. While waiting there very calm place also. Very happy with the dealership.

The service is great! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed throughout your service. David is fantastic! I’ve been servicing my vehicle here for over 5 years.

They did not fix the car. Took in for starting issues. They changed out the battery in the key fob. And said that was it. No! We took it to another auto repair shop that day and it needed a new battery. There were 3 bad cells. So they never checked it. . Recommended unnecessary brake repairs. $950. Also confirmed by the other auto repair shot that the brakes were not even 50% worn. Not happy.

David is really great. He has helped with our cars for every mini cooper we've had. Whenever we have any concerns about the car, we ask for David. The mini dealership service that's provided is so reassuring and I always feel like I'm getting the most help, with the best intentions met here.

The dealership service department is excellent.

Went in Friday and spoke to a sales rep. He told me he could get me at a certain out the door price. Went back today (Monday) to go pick up my jeep basically and was told he messed up and couldn’t get me to my walk out price that he said he could on Friday. This Mini dealer did a good job of replacing my tire that had a nail in it. It took about three hours, which is a little longer than I thought it would. But, when they found that the tire had been purchased recently enough to have some warranty left, They called to inform me and refunded part of the cost

This review is way overdue. I bought a BMW X7 from Joe. The whole buying experience was very customer focused. He addressed my concerns with the car to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Hassle free and respectful of me as a woman buyer. Then again, I am a tough customer and negotiate for a living. Finance was great also. Very straight forward with no up selling and found me the best rate. I've had my car for a few months and love it

Omar was great. He and the dealership made the servicing of my Mini Cooper easy and they were informative throughout the entire process. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and courteous. I have used Clear Lake Mini in the past and will continue to use them for the servicing needs of my Mini Cooper.

Once again Harry is a stand up guy who went above and beyond. My previous visit his partner, Omar, helped me and he too goes above and beyond.
